Guide
Compare an AI business idea against customer pain, access, willingness to pay and delivery risk.
Start with the workaround
A niche becomes interesting when a specific group repeatedly spends time or money on an unsatisfactory workaround. Ask buyers to describe the last occurrence rather than whether they like your proposed AI idea. Concrete behavior is stronger evidence than enthusiasm.
Separate buyer access from market size
A large theoretical market is not useful if you cannot reach a decision-maker. List the communities, professional relationships or search queries through which buyers already seek help. Choose an initial audience narrow enough that you can describe their workflow accurately.
Sell a bounded pilot
Promise an outcome that can be checked on a small sample. A document-sorting pilot can measure correctly categorized files and review time. Avoid starting with a subscription product before learning how data arrives, who reviews the output and where the workflow fails.
How the result is made
Weighted self-assessment with visible weights and an interview plan; no fabricated keyword or revenue data.
